mari memasak bersama fadzli n zura

plan nie mmg dah lama hun nak buat tapi tak buat2 … last2 smlm jadi la plak… as usually weekend mmg la i will go to bangi ( hun’s sis house ) to pick her up ke or lepak2 je kat sana… really feel welcomed there hun sis’s family are very nice to me… and her child also ‘kamcing’ with me ! anyway nak pendekkan ceritanya… mula2 tak tau ape benda nak buat berbuka and then terbitla idea nak suruh masak nie… heheheheheh then we decide to masak sphegetti !!!!

firstly we went up to semenyih to buy things for the masak2, lauk and kuih2 4 berbuka as i dont want the sphegetti to be the main dish sbb tak konfident sedap ke tak. kak long ( hun’s sis ) was kind enough to sponsor the ingredients… we got preggo sauce spicy tommato , sphegetti and frozen beef as what mama told me to get as i did refer to mama on the recipe before we went shopping heheheheh…

Ingredients :

Preggo Sphegetti sauce - 1 can
Sphegetti
Frozen beef
white egg

Our steps and procedures :
as we got home the first thing we did was defrosting the frozen beef and then started to boil the spegetti..the next thing was to make meat balls out of the frozen beef as hun wants to eat meatballs with the sphegetti … white egg was used to make the beef stick together and the frozen beef was shapen into balls ( as what meatballs look like )… meatball ‘ala fadzli n zura’ was then fried to perfection ( we rolled the meatballs into flour before frying it ) and to our suprise the outcome doesn’t looked round but macam cekodok je hahahahahah
lepas tuh the sauce part… chopped beef was fried and the the sauce was put in..after a few mins…walllahhhhh ! our sphegetti was ready for buka puasa !

Eating part :
i had the first taste and it was ok except for a bit of sour taste ( because of the tomato sauce ) hun said it was ok and kak long also cakap ok…

as there were much leftover hun packed the spheget for me to take back to campus and i shared with najib my roomate.

i really enjoyed cooking with hun… as this was our first experience cooking together it was really great even though kesian kat hun as she was really tired..

happy birthday to me !!! wow can’t believe time files so fast… dah 24 now hahhahahahahha
would like to thank all the people here for their warm wishes….to abah , mama and my cousin, lan thanks for the lovely wishes ! especially to my cayang bucuk… hun thanks for the lovely present… it was a ring and a photo frame with our picture (what it meant most to me is she did it herself !!! muahhssss hun !!!) i love you so muchieeee !

on d day …we went out to sunway piramid in baby’s kenari ( fyi kembara’s resting now ) for movie and buka puasa. and like always unintentionally we did some shopping hahahhahah… ade one shop nie baru bukak macam fos tapi way more cheaper than fos , kalau tak silap branded items ke ape ke nama kedai dia… check out yourself lower level of sunway piramid ( previously giant was there ) hun got her self a top and i got a red short.

we watched rob-b-hood and as what you can expect in a jackie chan movie… lots of stunts and comedy… the story line was ok and i did enjoyed the movie… i think if im not mistaken that was the 3rd time we watched a chinese movie.. hahahha malaysia muhibbah !
hun also did told me that there was some cameo’s from popular actors but i can only recognise 1 ! hehehe pity me ! 4 stars from me.

after the movie we rushed out for buka puasa… hehehehe mula2 plan nak buka kat intekma resort but it was fully booked. lepas tuh makan chicken hartz tapi sbb penuh, lepas tuh pulak nak makan pizza… pegi2 pizaa dah penuh huhuhuhuhuh…. last2 kitorg bukak puasa dgn apple jus ( there’s a long story on apple juice , nanti la cerita hehehehe) n roti from bread story… was ok daripada tak makan ape2 hehehehhe
after that around 730 we choose laksa shack.

yours truely had nasi kerabu ayam percik and hun had asam laksa… seems so sedap tgk hun makan laksa rasa rugi jugak rasanya makan nasik kerabu sbb selama nie pon masa buka rajin gle makan nasi kerabu… takpe la next time nak try laksa sarawak lak! anyway the service was slow … rasanya sbb ramai kut.. takpe la coz we did enjoy our food there ! full gile….

hun was fully full and tdo jap masa on the way back…the day was great especially with the present from hun ! makes me go like wheeeeeeeeeeeee ! its my birthday !!!!

anyway would like to thank abah n mama for their love , care and support that they gave me through out my life , love them so much ! and… to my dearest baby bucuk ! hun thanks for the love , care and all that you gave me ! truely deeply and madly in love with you hun !

dah lama dah bercita2 nak start blog nie… i dunno how long it will last… tapi elok gak kan i open this acc on bulan ramadhan…anyway tommorow kinda will be a special day ….. y ??? hmm try la teka…

rasa cam nak ikut je lan balik taiping today… tapi exam week kan and nak kena pass up fyp report isnin nie pulak…rugi jugak la sbb ari nie ada more’ kat rumah tapi nak wat camne kan terpaksa berpuasa diperantauan sabo je la ! hopefully nanti balik after exam leh bukak posa n makan soq puas2 kat rumah

hun pon tak abes meeting lagi agaknya… kinda miss her jugak since she starts working and living in bangi ….
heheehehe anyway life must go on… sms n call la jawap nye….kena biasa2 gak la heheheheh miss baby bucuk !
